Why send a written quote instead of a verbal one
A verbal price is worth nothing when a customer disputes the bill. A written quote is the difference between getting paid what you agreed and arguing over it. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, an accepted written quote forms a binding contract — the customer agreed to that price for that work, in writing, and that protects you.
